How do you shop for a new home here,
while you are there? We
know what's important -- you and your family. We can help.
Morning Star Realty, LLC can
help you with negotiating your price and terms for your new place to
live, the time frame you can expect to move into your new house and
the many details of orchestrating your move.
If you have questions about
financing, temporary living arrangements, the best schools,
commuting times -- just ask!
Some of the first questions you may
have probably are about the quality of the information you see
online: Is the information accurate and up to date? (The housing
marketplace changes quickly.)
Are the homes you see online available? (Maybe ... how can you
tell?) How long will it take? (New home or resale home?) Are
there hidden costs? (We'll tell you right away!)
Morning Star Realty, LLC can
answer questions about your military PCS move (area military
installations, TRICARE, schools, city governments, transportation,
commuting, temporary housing). We'll tell you everything you
want to know about the local area, such as city governments,
schools, commutes.
Set yourself up
in a WIN-WIN situation:
- The home you want in the
best location for your family
- The price you want to pay
- Save your valuable time
while you prevent costly mistakes

| ... With us building in
Williamsburg and still living in Dallas, it was
reassuring to know that someone in Virginia had our best
interest at heart. We even declined a monetary gift from
one of the relocation services because you were not on
their Realtor listing. We would do it all again because
the service that we received from you is priceless.
Sincerely,
Rick and

| After you get here: --After you know your new address, you can take a copy of
your ratified contract to the school system your kids will attend, and
register them right away...in most cases, you will not need to have
physically moved in for them to begin attending classes.
--Before your closing, you will need to secure hazard insurance for
that address, and give the contact info to your real estate agent and/or
closing company so they may make sure that your coverage is instated per
your lender's instructions.
--It's a good idea to call ahead for utilities, once you have secured
your address and know your move-in date, so you can probably just transfer service from the
previous owner's, without service interruption. Call Dominion Virginia Power,
1-888-667-3000 and Virginia Natural Gas, 1-866-229-3578 toll
free. Cox cable/phone/high speed internet is 757-224-1111,
